The Vista at Washington Park

Vita Flats was my first residence upon moving to Denver. I couldn't have asked for a better building! The building is clean and well maintained, along with an attentive and professional property management team (also dog friendly). The neighbors provide a great community sentiment and you're within walking distance to some of the best spots on Broadway. If you're looking to make your way downtown, this is a quick drive and you'll be right in the heart of it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to reside in the South Broadway/Baker neighborhoods. Plus, you can't beat the rooftop view!

I have lived at Vita Flats for going on 3 years and it is a wonderful place to live! You cant beat the location so close to Broadway and all the fun that comes along with it! Residents are friendly and the rooftop is such a fun place to bring friends. The unit itself is comfortable and mid-tier when it comes to quality - but I think it is a steal for the rent price especially accounting for location. Maintainence requests are always handled immediately and the property managers are always accessible. We did have issues with package theft for a while (I had two packages stolen myself) but with the installation of the Amazon Hub in the lobby in addition to switching to a key phob system, that situation seems to be improving. I would recommend Vita Flats!

This place is INFESTED with cockroaches. Management is unresponsive and the infestation has gone on for months without being resolved. There was also a mouse infestation earlier this year, where management was once again unresponsive and did not handle the matter. Washers and dryers are also constantly broken, as is the “fancy new” gym equipment. Roof is nice and location is good, but save yourself the headache and don’t live here!

Great location. Horrible everything else. Completely overpriced for no dishwasher and the grossest, most frequently out-of-service laundry room you could imagine. Cornerstone spent a ton of money renovating the common areas to draw people in before you realize the units themselves suck. I could hear my neighbor's 5 AM alarms, coughs, music, door slams, and basically any human living at a normal decibel. Not to mention that pest control is there so often for cockroaches; they let my neighbor end his lease early because of his "carpet beetles", when I was held to the absolutely ridiculous required 60-day-notice on a month-to-month lease, which is already upsold by hundreds a month. As if all of that weren't enough, I spent hours diligently cleaning the place just to be nickel and dimed out o

Moved into Vita Flats about a year ago, and I could not be happier with the space, building, and location. Being able to walk to great restaurants, bars, and parks is amazing; not to mention easy access to public transportation that will take you right down town is crucial. The management team here is spectacular. Any question I have is answered promptly, and professionally. Whether it is a simple rent question or a work order; all is taken care of in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend living here!
