I wasn't going to write a review but here I am. I been here almost 2 mos and although I'm grateful for my place and I truly do enjoy the property (my apt meeh) I was disappointed in what has taken place. Since I been here I submitted several maintenance req for few minor things to have them deleted with no response twice! I submitted pics and sent email. No response. The staff is great especially Bre! I was not aware that my kitchen was painted gray all or most other apts are white. And its not the color its the paint job. See below. Also dishwasher doesn't work will start then stop after 5 mins with flashing lights. I asked for new screen nope. Ask them to finish caulking my shower nope. Also I did read reviews prior to moving and I was unaware of maintenance lag. But overall wanted to mo

I've only been here a few days and the maintenance is amazing. Johnathan has assisted me will all my needs and never made me feel like the smallest fix was a burden. He made sure that everything was taking care of before he left, and if he had to return for any reason, he came back the same day to complete. This makes me happy to see someone not only great at what they do, but love helping/assisting others. Thank you Johnathan for the great work that you do, it's really appreciated. (Smiles)

We were so impressed with our tour that my son decided to apply. He spent the $200 application fee and got halfway through the process when he encountered an error. Now, 5 voicemails and countless emails later requesting help to complete the application, no one has responded with the exception of Hillie, the AI bot. We drove all the way over there with the hopes of speaking to a human and the lobby was closed. Super frustrating, likely lost the apartment he wanted and his money - it’s a scam

All I can say is that Dashana was an incredible help in finding my new home! From day one all the way through move-in day, she truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was professional, attentive, and always available to answer my questions, which made such a difference during this transition. I absolutely love my new home 🏠

My husband made an appointment for us to come tour yesterday at 4pm. We arrived on time & when we entered the leasing center we were not greeted or welcomed in any fashion, granted she was with other clients. We then sat for about 10mins & it dawned on me that the woman actually never got up to come address us or find out why we’re even there so I went to her and informed her that we were here & haven’t been tended to. She then tells me in a rude manner that yes she’s the only one here at the time, she’s with others and will get to us when she can. I took it to the chest. We’ve now been here for 48 mins and not one word said to us.
