The Villas of Jax Beach Apartments

I had previously written a review about the apartments going downhill since switching over to JWB. HOWEVER we recently got a new area manager who is GREAT. Norma really cares for the tenants and really listens to their needs as well as the apartments in general. We had some serious repairs that needed to be done and finally years later did they get solved. Norma moved QUICK after finding out about the problems we were having. The exterior of the apartments is also being taken care of much better!! They are much cleaner and the lawns are actually mowed regularly so it doesn’t feel like you’re walking through a forest trying to get home. Norma really is the best!! I would give her a1000000 stars if I could!!

Norma is very visible on the property and easily accessible at the office on her assigned days. She responds quickly to emails texts and phone calls. She appears to be concerned with the appearance of our complex and has been acting upon those concerns. Any of the concerns I’ve raised about my individual unit, She has been instrumental in following through so that those have been addressed.

Norma always responds to my emails. She is always professional, always helpful, always thoughtful. She takes the time and interest to be on the property, make herself available, and physically looks around the property. She is a refreshingly pleasant addition to The Villas.

They did the bait and switch on us and really really disappointed myself and my family. Im so disappointed and was truly very hopeful to having the pool side apartment that we wanted and looked at, was then told it wasn't available and had to look at a very very small and gloomy apartment on the other side of the building. We didn't get to meet with anyone in person sooooo. Keylock boxes came in handy for them because they didn't have to feel sadness nor see it in my eyes... It's been a lifelong hope I guess you'd say, that I can live again within walking distance to the ocean. I was so excited I was trading my car in for an go cart or e bike. Oh well. I love my little apartment and my neighbors here already. I'm grateful. Ps. And I even posted the estblishment on Facebook to promote and

Such a wonderful place to live, I absolutely love all the people around me and I pray that I can afford to stay in my apartment for years to come, I do worry that the rent might be to high at renewal but I pray that it won't.
