I’ve been living here for about 2 months now & I can say they are one of the best team I’ve come across hands down! Very attentive, Very helpful & treats you like family! Any issue I would have with my townhome they are quick to resolve! I love the amenities they offer like the resort style pool, laundry, gym & many more. I moved here from Maryland & honestly where I lived does not compare to The Villas of East Cobb! Shout out to ALL the ladies in the leasing office holding it down!

Terrible management. Just look at the reviews. Dozens of pictures of rats, roaches and mold. According to some of the recent residents, the problem has gotten worse. I was considering touring and moving there but as pretty as the pictures looks posted by the property owners. I will trust the actual residents and it is clear that it's not a healthy environment. Elena and Yuri were exceptional and great during our move in!! We needed something fast as we moved from Michigan and they’ve been nothing but patient and understanding. Our unit was clean when we moved in and needed maintenance for our stove, and they came within the next day and fixed it. Great experience so far !!
