The Villas of Boynton Beach

Save yourself the headache don't fix anything! And if you chose to try to withhold rent legally you get served with a notice on your door the same day! Took over 4 months for a kitchen light to be replaced and a toilet you couldn't even sit on. My toilet now is sitting on 2 sticks not even attached to the floor! Rent paid on time every month. Now can't even use my bedroom due to plugs being out service request sent in on November 28th still nothing then get a notice on my door threatening termination on my lease! Pictures to prove everything. And I'm not the only tenant dealing with this as well. Save yourself the headache!

The location is one of the best locations in the area. There are some renovations that could be made, and the apartment lacks any amenities that you would receive at other locations. (The pool is nice, though.) Maintenance is typically very on top of things, and if you meet Chris is he very helpful if you can’t get in touch with corporate. Diverse group of residents- should be fine if you stick to yourself. The price is good considering the size of the units, they’re much larger than surrounding units. If there could be some landscaping and additional updates, this place would be a 5/5, but ultimately enjoyed my stay here.

Very happy with experience. AC wasn't working and Chris was excellent. He was prompt in his response. And I appreciate that he watched over the tech while repair was taking place.

Great complex, just the laundry rooms need redone asap. Chris is great for quick repairs!
