The Villas In Bellevue

I have been living here from past 6 months. The utility bills were so high by considering with other apartments and also i can hear loud noise from my neighbors room. Lot of things has to be considered like the elevator it is such a harassment that as much slower than a tortoise. And i dont feel the management is good enough with the issues

This is the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. I have lost my peace of mind, my work and sleep are getting effected and there’s nothing being done by the apartment community regarding it. The main problem, along with many other issues, is the worst construction and VERY VERY THIN WALLS. I can constantly hear the conversations, TV and everything that’s going on in the next door apartments. The bedrooms share a wall and its a very very thin one. I have attached the recordings of my neighbor talking ( which she does almost from 7 am till 11 pm ) and you can figure it out by yourself how horrendous it is to keep hearing her and still continue with my life. Apart from the noise, thin walls and poor construction, there won’t be any hot water after 8 pm ( Yes, in this day and age !!). The

We've lived here since 2021 and have had several leasing agents but Aylssa is the best. She is so professional and knowledgeable. She gets back to me promptly and has made great improvements to how the property is run from the previous agents. The property is kept clean with weekly maintenance and valet trash service. Family orientated yet plenty of younger single people as well. Good mix I guess.

I had arranged the viewing in advance and received a reminder message on the day of the appointment. However, upon arriving at the designated time (at 10:00) with my client, we were met with an unexpected and frustrating situation. It was Friday (February 23). To our dismay, the leasing office was closed, and there was no staff present to assist us. Despite attempting to contact the office using the phone number provided on the marketing materials, we were disappointed to find that it only led to an automated voicemail system, offering no immediate support or guidance. This experience has left a negative impression on both myself and my client. As prospective tenants, we expected a level of professionalism and reliability in the management of property viewings. I went to tour Villas last week and Alyssa from the leasing office provided exceptional assistance throughout my visit. Her knowledge of the community and its amenities was impressive and greatly appreciated. The community is located near many restaurants and shopping centers and the floor plans are very spacious.
