The Villas @ Hope Valley

Very nice people.and well taken care of apartments.Been here 9months and been really comfortable and safe.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM I moved three months ago did a key return and now five months later I'm charge another fee when we sign key return papers the apt that I had had no ac I lived there for two years had to get my own units roach and rat infested it would be a huge mistake to rent for these people and do not trust any thing Alicia or the office people tell you I find that it's crazy that y'all would make people post a good review or a raffle Ticket and Prize these people are truly slum lords I've called for maintenance issues for a month and they would not fix anything I'm in apt 6k its horrible its infested its holes in the walls were no ac no hot Water . I clean up everything every day but this place Roaches infested and mice I've been killing them the whole time here . M

I love these apartments they are great and they get to you with maintenance problems quick I have rented with precision equity before and they are great so please rent at the villas@hopevalley nice quiet place to reside

As a current resident my experience is amazing. The office administrators Leslie and Betzy are splendid consultants and very accommodating.

Lived there a year ago and management try to play you cuz your young thinking you don’t know & they have the maintenance people watching your apartment & do unexpected inspections would not recommend & then when I went to look for my new apartment I didn’t owe them anything but now they said I have charges from them like why she didn’t tell me that when I moved in to my new apartment and I had to call the to get my voucher switched over
