The Villas at Ibis Landing

I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT VILLAS AT IBIS LANDING FOR A SECOND LEASE TERM I strongly do NOT recommend renewing your lease at Villas at Ibis Landing. If you decide to stay for a second term, be prepared for a massive rent increase — in our case, it was raised by $2,500, with the only explanation being that “prices have gone up everywhere.” That is not a professional or reasonable justification. Before move-in, we were not allowed to see the apartment because management claimed it was under renovation. Unfortunately, when we moved in, we discovered rusty screws in the bathroom, a broken washing machine, and a damaged refrigerator. It took them one and a half months to fix the bathroom issues and washing machine. The refrigerator? It took 12 months to finally resolve the issue. That is abs

We have lived here for about a year and a half now and have loved it. The outdoor neighborhood is nice and quiet. The lake surrounding the apartment buildings is beautiful. They have wonderful amenities. Dana and Edgar have been absolutely wonderful in addressing all of our maintenance requests and in helping us settle into our apartment. All of the staff for that matter have been great. We are so grateful to be able to call this place home!

I was visiting my friend who lives at The Villas at Ibis Landing, and I absolutely loved it! The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and has such a welcoming feel. I was blown away by how gorgeous the grounds are! Everything is so clean and well-maintained — from the lush landscaping to the clean walkways and peaceful outdoor areas, the amenities are great, and it really feels like home. Everyone I met in the front office was friendly, the maintenance/grounds crew guys are great as well , so kind and professional. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything beautiful . I can definitely see why my friend loves living here!

We had visited this community over the weekend looking for an apartment. We worked with a lovely woman Dana. She had taken her time with us and was so kind and answered all of our questions her customer service skills are exceptional! Unfortunately we have decided on an apartment more South because of family reasons, but we will keep you in mind next year!

Jesse is outstanding and needs to be recognized! Jesse has helped me out twice now, and both times he went above and beyond. He's not only incredibly skilled and efficient at his job, but he's also genuinely kind, patient, and pleasant to work with. It's so refreshing to have someone in maintenance who actually cares about resolving issues and making residents feel heard. Jesse is a huge asset to this community, and I'm so grateful for his help.
