The staff here is wonderful and the place is gorgeous with lots of amenities! I really really do love it here. However, as of lately I’ve noticed some changes. The maintenance of this building as of lately has been slipping a bit. Although, there are cleaning ladies here every day they don’t seem to be doing some of the work that needs to be done. The carpet on every floor is now covered in large stains, with some floors even having them every few feet with no sign of ever trying to be cleaned. The elevator rugs all stink ever since they had been cleaned with what smelled like old mop water. But the worst lately has been the pool deck. I went to tour this complex with my husband recently but had a disturbing experience when a man approached us asking if we were looking for “ice”, we were very confused and tried to walk away, however he hollered to come back behind the dumpster if we changed our minds. The unit we looked at was very clean and up to date, however when we left we started seeing some gang related activity and left quickly. We were really excited to possibly live next to the nice Italian restaurant next door, but we are going to keep looking.

Living here has truly been one of the best experiences we’ve had in St. Louis. The community is warm and welcoming, residents are friendly, and there’s a real sense of neighborly respect (with a little personality variety, of course… just like anywhere else!). The maintenance team is on point, fast, efficient, and reliable. They get things done quickly and with care. And let me tell you, the entire complex smells incredible all the time, like walking into a luxury hotel every day. Safety is a huge priority for my family, and I can confidently say this place gives us real peace of mind. My family, and I feel completely secure here. But what truly sets this place apart are Lori and Josh. They’re not just staff… they’re the heart of the community. They’re kind, attentive, and truly go out

I lived here over 2 years and loved it more and more every single day. It's a very involved community. Great for young couples looking for a first apartment. It's on the high side but worth every penny. The staff were always there for help and are some of the best people you could ever come in contact with! I was very happy with my decision to live here and I'm sure anyone else would!

We were the first tenants in our unit and lived here for 4 years. It went from B2 to Propper during our time. During B2s management, our neighbor had a dog consistently barking all day and night. I was told there was nothing they could do and that I had to call animal control on them. Those tenants shortly moved after and the noise issue was only then resolved. After that, it was quiet although the units facing the shopping area can get loud in the very early morning when dumpster trucks come 3x a week, so if you are a light sleeper, you’ll get woken up at 6-7am. You can hear footsteps from the tenants above you, but it’s very mild compared to other units I’ve rented. All appliances were brand new and remained in working order the entire time we were here.
