The Villages at McCullers Walk Apartments

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience getting my apartment! The process was smooth and stress-free, and the leasing team was very helpful and professional. Jalisa was especially amazing—she answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made sure everything went quickly and easily. She made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend this place and really appreciate Jalisa’s help!

I just wanted to absolutely come in and say this complex is really like that! My experience being helped by the whole staff, especially Lisa and Kobe, literally made it worth being here. Kudos to every single person here!!! And for the negative comments, maybe yall just don’t clean and keep up with your units 🤷🏻‍♀️ at least I do! Anyways, thank you team for doing what yall do best !

Please don’t move here…this place doesn’t honor tenant laws or have a CLUE of them. Whoever is managing this complex solely focused on sucking the money out of our communities. They are not resident focused and will eventually make you regret living here if you need any resolution. Of course the complex cannot satisfy everyone (this is a given) this complex in particular has no retention outside of a few “activities” a month. Which includes a food truck you still have to pay for (with horrible reviews).They only care about that rent payment.Which is fair…however if you have an issue they are slow to resolve. Corporate is located right in NC but won’t answer the phone.Make sure you stay in a community that looks at you like an actual human being not this place please. ONLY 2/6 amenities ac

Another update: This place is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! Why would you put trash back in a vacant apartment causing bugs? FYI this place has bugs and maggots. UPDATE:: Even after moving out, this apartment complex is still harassing and threatening people. AGAIN STAY AWAY! I cannot recommend living here due to repeated issues with management. The front office has engaged in ongoing harassment of residents and, terminated a lease without cause. There has also experienced dishonesty in their communication, which has made the situation even more concerning. I will be submitting a formal complaint to corporate regarding these matters. Residents deserve respectful treatment and accountability, and unfortunately, that has not been experienced here.

Beautiful apartments with nice and airy layouts. It has huge recreational area including indoor swimming pool and outdoor too. Nice playground for children to play. Apartments are brand new, maintained well and appliances are in great condition !!
