The Villages at Louetta Apartments

No AC since march 28 got a Gmail that it would get fix until march 10. It took them 3 days to bring 1 portal AC for a 4 bedroom house. I inform them that I had a 3 years old baby and a senior when all this started they told be I was going to get 2 portable AC and yet they only brought one. Maintenance fail at communicating every time he came he would leave without saying when he was coming back or even if he was coming back.

I lived here 5 years ago and just moved back in. Thanks to Holly and her great customer service skills, I was won over and decided I wanted to live here again. The apartments are clean and refreshed before move-in including new carpets and paint. Holly and Paula made me feel like my pets and I were very welcomed and I appreciate that. I've only had one maintenence issue so far and it was fixed immediately. I got the smallest one bedroom available and it is tiny but adorable.

I’ve been here for about 9 months. The property and units are well maintained. When there is a maintenance issue they are fast to respond (George is fantastic, very nice & quick to fix things). There was a couple admin-type issues when moving in, but the Office Staff was quick to help resolve. The property seems very safe & residents are friendly with each other. The equipment in the work out room is rather old - but it works! - so its a good option when there’s no time to go to the gym.

The ladies in the office Melanie , Jaclyn and Christine are such amazing persons , they will help you with all you need.

We love it here so far! We came here a couple months ago and spoke with Paula and heard very promising things! She was great and explained everything. We went ahead with the lease and have since moved in, with Dennise helping us out! She was awesome and helped us out as quick as possible being the only person in office (we moved in right after new years!) Then, we were absolutely sold we chose the right place when Mia really helped us out with a package thief that took a package off our doorstep, even with our door camera pointed right at them! Even though it wasn't their fault that someone stole from us, Mia really did all she could to go above and beyond to help us. Not only did we get our package back - but she was able to help out other residents too!!! There are some good people who
