The Villages at Decoverly

i've only been living here for shy of a year, but my experience with villages at decoverly have been nothing but wonderful. ♥ the agents at the leasing office are so nice and accommodating; they listen to your concerns genuinely and promptly keep you updated on any changes that occur for the apartments. they support local businesses, and will invite and host events every few weeks to create community, which is something we so desperately need in this day and age. the bbq truck is my absolute favorite! i appreciate the dedication to the parking system. the spots are for the residents and the residents only! and if you don't live here and are occupying space after hours without a guest pass then you are promptly removed! the area is always clean, tidy, and peaceful. you're located far en

I honestly feel uneasy coming home most days. It’s frustrating to be paying luxury apartment prices but feel like I’m living in a neglected property. Some of the buildings are noticeably unkempt, and it often feels like management only steps in once things become dangerous. The stairs, for example, have literally started to crumble beneath our feet before they are finally replaced— IF they are replaced.. which is extremely unsafe and unacceptable. When units are renovated, old appliances are left sitting in the breezeways for months or tossed onto the lawn for weeks, creating an eyesore. There’s also a lack of consistency when it comes to enforcing rules. Something as harmless as children’s chalk is flagged but people can leave personal items in the breezeways - At the very least, I wish

Nicole Goldstein was an incredible resource and worked tirelessly on our behalf to make sure our apartment in the Villages at Decoverly met all of our needs for our growing family. She was incredibly responsive and proactive in her communication style. We are very happy here and a lot of it has to do with the staff members like Nicole and the rest of her team. If you need an apartment in the Gaithersburg area you could not be better served by the administrative staff at the Villages at Decoverly. Thank you Nicole!!

I had a great experience living here. The apartment was nice, and maintenance was always quick and helpful whenever something needed to be fixed. I recently moved, but I truly enjoyed my time here.

I lived at The Villages at Decoverly for three whole years. My windows looked out into this majestic forest with beautiful birds, vibrant colours, quirky little wildlife and in some seasons, a carpet of sparkling fireflies on the banks of a serene pond (which sometime surprised you with a occasional HUGE fish making its way through the depths). I live in a dull urban landscape now and sorely miss the spectacular tapestry of living green that adorned my living room at the Villages of Decoverly. Living at Decoverly was like being in a magical and peaceful resort right in the middle of a crazy work-week. I am sharing some of my memories of this wonderful complex below.
