The Villages at Bey Lea | Toms River Apartments

10 years ago when I moved in and Alisa and Ike ran this complex it was top notch, when Brittanie took over she let it all go, dogs, trash, everything. Maintenance turn overs are constant and it’s probably because they don’t fix anything they bandaid it and cover up mold issues and leaky windows with paint or make comments about buying your own windows if you have a problem with it, clogged sinks and tubs, If you want to live in a dog park and dodge dog poop like land mines and have garbage and recyclables overflowing and flying all over the property and literally having breathing issues because of where you live then this place is a great fit! Glad I moved!

For me it was a Good Experience! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to move forward with moving in , due to my own personal circumstances! However, that said I cannot say enough good about the way Samantha in the Management Department! She was very much helpful throughout the entire process, that took longer than expected! She answered all my concerns & returned calls and emails when she said! She absolutely an professional with a capacity to handle issues, & I had several during my transition process, even though I had to decline, she never made me feel uncomfortable about it! As it was an emotional stressful time for me as it was. , She went above and beyond with & for me, she a Sweetheart & I'm truly appreciated everything she did! I Highly recommended property & especially Mangement.

This apartment complex is the best in Tom’s river. Brittanie in the office has always been professional, polite and helpful. The maintenance staff is very friendly and professional. Anytime I’ve needed a repair they listened to my concerns and rectified any issue. The grounds are beautiful and upper management is proactive about making sure the buildings are well maintained. I am so great full to live at such a nice community. Thank you to all of the staff for everything you do.

We have lived at Villages at Bey Lea for a month now and it has been wonderful. Maintenance is always available and comes quickly if needed, the portal for auto rent pay is super helpful. The ground and up keep of the apartment and surrounding area is great!

Always spend time with Family. It's more important than you can possibly imagine. My Brother, Myself and my Nephew visit at his Bea Lea Village home every other Weekend. His Place is Amazing and I LOVE visiting!!! ❤
