The Village Townhomes

My mom has lived here for about 3 years and Nancy and Sandra are never in the office the excuse is always we’re at another property but I’m sure this complex can’t always be unattended. Even when they’re in the office they ignore people by locking the doors. They also force people to write good reviews while in office and make sure they put Sandra and Nancy. They’re rude, unprofessional. No one says anything because they’re afraid of getting kicked out. But whoever their boss is really needs to investigate these girls they are committing time fraud acting like they’re at work! Horrible staff!

I been here for 7 years and had no problem they always nice to us and whenever we need something in the apartment they come and fix it they on it every time.

I’ve been with Renter with Nancy and Sandra for 8 years now I was at village townhomes property area , the girls are always nice and friendly and welcoming to everyone

My mom has been renting for years, Nancy and sandra is very helpful with my mom. They have help me with her, the two managers that work there are always there two help with any problems that she every has. The guy that work there also help my mom when she need something fix.

Just moved in, I'm really happy with the customer service I've received so far upon moving in. Each time I go to the office they are always open and available to answer any of my questions, I really appreciate Sandra and Nancy for their help.
