The Village of Rosedale Apartments

When I first visited the office, the woman who said she was the new manager seemed pleasant and gave me some basic information. I completed the application and brought it back the same day. She told me she would enter everything into the system and that I should hear something by the next day or Monday at the latest. I appreciated the clarity at the time. Monday came and I hadn’t heard anything, so I called to follow up. No one answered. It honestly felt like the calls were being screened. When I drove up there, the “closed” sign was still flipped even though they were clearly open, so I turned it around so others would know. I’ve been here a year and recently we’ve had a wonderful change in the property management. Mrs. Tamara has been working hard fulfilling requests. I appreciate because she is by the book there’s false promises because she does things correctly. Since she has moved in my service request have been resolved as received prior, I’ve waited MONTHS. I’m completely aware she is fixing a lot and the pressure has to immense but she handles is with quickness and professionalism. I believe once she get a team to staff to support her she will having our community running and looking beautiful!

Charmon the property manager is a great person I can describe her in one word she is the BEST. I come in with my work orders and she make sure they are done and follow up. I'm glad to have her that this property and I wish she never leave this property.

Came here for a tour. Had it scheduled at 4:00 the woman told me they were closed and had no units available to show ( Even though I confirmed many times the tour date and she had said she seen my tour and the information for it.) She seemed as if she had an attitude and told me I had to join a wait list even though on the website it had no wait list and available units. Complete waist of time and false advertising already. I don’t recommend even applying. Staff needs to be changed and action needs to be taken
