The Village Drey

Today (03/07 - Saturdays) I visited this apartment complex to tour after making an appointment online for a tour. I was immediately greeted with attitude as soon as I walked into the leasing office. I informed the lady I had booked an appointment and she immediately interrupted me and said they only do walk ins on weekends. I then responded with confusion as I had booked in advance for an appointment. She interrupted me again and threw her hands up and basically said she doesn’t know and that I can wait an hour and 30 minutes because multiple people were ahead of me waiting to tour. I said okay and wrote down my name and number on the form. She mentioned she’d call me when it was my turn to tour. I never received a call. And In all honesty after the disrespect and rudeness that I received

Update: great property but way too overpriced and service is getting worse during the past 2 yrs. Cannot believe after I kindly declined to renew the next lease which dramatically increased my rent (like all my neighbors), the management listed my unit with $500+ cheaper MONTHLY rent to new renters. Ridiculous. Original: Just moved in two weeks ago, so far the experience far exceeded my expectations! Professional & friendly management, great amenities, and so many free perks. So glad I’m here 😄

I lived in The Drey apartments for two years. After moving out, I sent a package there by mistake. I went to ask for it the next day; they said that they would look for it, then let me know once they found it, but I never saw the package again. Someone stole it. Apparently, that’s what they do. It's a shame; it seems like they don’t get paid enough, and they covered it up for whoever did it. I couldn’t believe it. I reached out to the main leasing office i was told that there was nothing that they could do about it. The least you can do is to teach your employees some decency. Be aware of thieves in The Drey leasing office.

SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I moved into this community with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite of what was promised. Before signing, I was shown a unit that had an overwhelming odor of dog urine. I was told it would be treated with an ozone machine and improved, but after signing, another leasing agent admitted that they had been unable to rent that unit for the same issue. This was never disclosed to me beforehand. When I refused to take that apartment, I was moved into a different unit—but was then told my rent would be over $1,500 more per month than what was originally discussed. My son and I have had a fantastic experience living at the Drey! Victoria and Michael made the move in and application flawless! The activities have been fun also! Victoria and Michael are so patient, kind, very professional in helping me I am older so understand things in the process was a little more detailed! Best experience living here! Jesus has also been great in the maintenance area quick on getting things done professional, nice personality also! We love the Drey and the employees and will refer our friends! My son will be coming back to the Drey in the future! Wonder programs in the village very fun to live here!
