This apartment is significantly overpriced for what is provided. RENT INCREASES MONTHLY. The unit itself is small, and many of the fixtures and systems appear poorly installed or maintained. I have experienced ongoing maintenance issues, particularly with the electrical system—fuses blow regularly even with minimal outlet use in the living room. The kitchen is limited, with only two outlets and no microwave. The toilet runs constantly, which contributes to unnecessary water usage that residents are responsible for paying. Trash valet service is unreliable, with garbage often left outside units for days at a time, creating pest concerns. Water temperature in the shower fluctuates unexpectedly, and the shared washer/dryer setup is inconvenient due to high usage from multiple buildings. Sm

READ BEFORE THINKING ABOUT MOVING IN: I was looking for a cheaper place to live, this place does have cheaper rent then other place which is nice, I paid $1,500 / month for rent + all utilities for a 1 bed 1 bath - which is pretty good in today's economy.. that's about the only good thing about this place. Now let's get into why you SHOULDN'T move here if you value your quality of life and sanity: ROACHES - While moving in, we saw a bug and we just chalked it up to a random beetle or something as I've never saw a roach in person before, didn't think anything of it. So about 2 weeks later, I woke up to 3 of them on my bedroom closet door and as I'm getting up they scattered into the crack between the carpet and the wall.. the walls are infested, if you see several, there's likely hundreds

There's so many things wrong with the apartments parking. There's mold in the laundry room, the bathroom was broken, and the toilet was broken. The sink had trash inside the drain. The oven was not cleaned, and the worst thing was that bugs in the apartment roaches and fleas, and it's not safe. Someone broke into the apartment before I moved in. I'm so ready to move out, and it hasn't been a week

don't move here when I first moved in to those apartments. there's ants and roaches they don't pick up the trash when they're supposed to as well I was told that I wouldn't be charged for the carpets when moving out because they lied and told me that they were replaced when they weren't. also was told my rent would be "prorated" which it wasn't i was charged a full months rent then when tried to speak with the owner she tried to tell me it was about utility's also they over charged for utility's

There's a big black truck that likes parking in the crosswalk entry. You can't get carry you groceries or packages in . Heaven forbid an emergency arises and fire or EMT need to getca gurney in and out . Also the walkway entry isnt as wide as a regular parking so tge spaces on each side get cramped.
