My family and I have been living at this apartment complex coming on a year now and I can confidently leave a solid review. The management team especially John, Chris, and Holly are truly good and fair people. They are always accommodating, supportive, and willing to help whenever needed. Upper management also deserves recognition for maintaining such a well-run and welcoming community and it shows in the staff. The maintenance team is just too tier! prompt, professional, and reliable. Even my dog loves living here, which says a lot about how comfortable and friendly this community is. Overall, this has been a great place to call home!

I moved back to Village At Lakewood Apartments a year ago and just signed a new lease for another year. My experience here has been great. The office staff is very helpful and concerned about your needs. When I had a question about something inside my apartment, maintenance came out the next day. It's very quiet and the other renters are friendly. I also like that they keep the grounds maintained. I looked at several other apartment complexes in the area, but they didn't have the same quality as Lakewood and the monthly rental amount was quite the bit more.

I have resided at The Village at Lakewood for about 14 months now. I have enjoyed my time here and would recommend this apartment community to everyone! The maintenance team is very prompt and friendly. If I sent in a request via the Lively app, it was typically answered same day. The office staff are very friendly and attentive. Hollie, John, and Chris were some of my favorite warm and welcoming office staff members. This property is safe and quiet, perfect for kids. The grounds are usually kept and this is definitely a good option for a future home!
