The Village at Heritage

I've been waiting for this day to finally come to move to this community and we finally got a unit that came up. Happiest day ever, Steve has worked with my husband and I and made our whole process so easy and smooth he's very kind well spoken and very professional the wait was worth it. I would recommend Steve to anyone. Thank you Steve for all your hard work and time.

I’ve been here since October 2023, it’s now May 2025 and my experience has been exceptional. I’ve never had any actual issues with my apartment, but the two times I did reach out to the office, they were on top of it. The grills and grilling area are fantastic, the gym is almost always empty, parking is abundant, I feel safe, I have zero complaints. Keep up the good work, Village staff, you’re appreciated.

Recently moved out of this place after living there for 5 years because we couldn’t take it anymore. While the area is nice, walking distance to Packing House and the rent cost was slightly lower than comparable apartments, there were constant issues with leaky roofs (had to contact management 5! Times about this and all they would do is open up the wall, dry it, and then close it up again instead of fixing the actual roof). The water was also frequently shut off with very little notice, constant construction noises, mail got stolen, car got broken into twice, trash areas are always backed up so it got smelly sometimes, and no enforcement of loud noises, especially in the pool area. I came to The Village Apartments with my wife for a tour and the leasing agent Jennifer was so welcoming that I instantly felt at home. My wife and I dreaded the apartment hunting process of finding a new home but Jennifer truly made the process so stress free from the time we called for an appointment to the moment we showed up for the tour. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt that Jennifer’s genuine kindness should not go unnoticed, she is professional and informative and we want to thank her for such a great tour. We hope soon there will be something available.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing. She has been the most helpful out of any of the apartments me and my partner have been to over the past year and a half. Patient and knowledgeable, she assisted both my partner and myself in obtaining the correct documents needed for the application process. I can not thank her enough for going above and beyond.
