The Village At Gillette Apartments

I've lived here for three years now, and feel like it's the best little community to live in. The landlord Jeanie Cook, is a good person and does her job fairly, without discrimination, and consistantly. It's easy, pay your rent, don't break rules set forth in the lease, and there won't be any problems. Overall this is a peaceful and quiet place to call HOME!!!

I lived in these apartments for 6 years. The landlord is amazing and her staff is just wonderful. I raised my kids from diapers to 6 and 8 years old now while living there. They had a great experience as well. The on site park was where they spent many days playing and socializing with neighborhood kids. It was always like a community instead of a complex. The buildings were always well maintained and should something go wrong or break they always fixed it promptly. I always felt safe here and as sad as we were to leave we know that our place will go to the next renter who is looking for a home. And they will find it at the Village at Gillette.

What can I say about the Village at Gillette? Let me start by saying how terrible the experience has been being a tenant. The "landlord" (Jeanie Cook) who "makes great strides for her FRIENDS" and discriminates against others, The definition provided by supposed landlord: "I manage the units, not the tenants," but has also implied "working here long enough, everyone becomes your friend,". Have a problem? Can't call the office for answers, because they wait until they're closed to give an "improper" response or tell you to write a letter documenting the problems you're having just so they can never deal with it. Need to get a hold of maintenance? What maintenance? I've never seen a single staff member around other than the "landlord" whose either not in the office or resides in her housing

I’ve rented from here and I loved every minute. The staff was also amazing. Jeanie and her crew go through great strides to insure the tenants needs and concerns are handled at a timely manner. Great neighbors and super nice apartments.
