The Village at Creek Meadows

I lived at this property for 3 years. It is a wonderful and safe neighborhood in a quiet area that is family friendly and you actually see children play...outside! I didn't realize that happened anymore! The neighbors are friendly and so is the management company. I cannot say enough about the property manager Kelsey and the Regional Manager Cindy. These are two ladies who truely care about their residents and take great pride in their properties. Work orders are closed in a timely fashion (don't get me started on Horacio their Maintenance man....THE BEST!). If I put in a work order for one thing, I would come home to that thing fixed, replaced light bulbs, and new air filters...ABOVE AND BEYOND! I love the neighborhood forum for residents to post openly...it really helps to build a sense

We have lived here for going on 4 years and we could not ask for a better place. Kid and pet friendly with great residents. The staff really take care of their residents and are always hosting something fun for the families and kids. The grounds are kept very nice and the pool is a great way to relax in the summer. A very quite community yet close to all of the restaurants and shopping you may need. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in living in a very friendly community.

I have lived here going on 3 years. The property management is very friendly and makes moving in easy. It is in an awesome area, where you get privacy and quiet, but still close enough to town where it takes only 10 mins to get to the center of college station. They make repairs very quickly. if you have an emergency, like your ac goes out, they work fast and hard to resolve the issue. I love how it is a family oriented community and there are sidewalks and a park near by. i would definitely recommend living here. very spacious, love the floor plans!

The community is very nice. It is away from the college student life, but has an easy access to town from Wellborn road. We just had a Easter egg hunt on Sunday and my son really enjoyed it! Our Maintenance is also the BEST here and I never have a problem with work orders being completed. The neighbors are really friendly and I love how traffic isn't an issue because of the location. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a small family!

We are a family with small children, have lived here in a large 3 bdrm unit for a year and a half while my husband has been attending a graduate program at A&M, and we have loved it! The Village is located in a very quiet, beautiful area that has a very family-friendly feel. Friendly neighbors, professional management who cares, and the maintenance is very competent and efficient (and really nice!). These are very spacious units with plenty of closet/storage space. We love our private backyard - plenty of room for our kids to play in when we can't make it to the park that is just down the road. Running/walking in the neighborhood is great - it's beautiful, safe, and not a lot of traffic. When it's too rainy to exercise outside, I love having the onsite fitness room to go to! There are only
