Cedar Valley is beautiful. Oak stair case, tile showers attached garages. Looking forward to the new gym and outside recreation area being built.

just reserved a 1 bed for April 2026 in the new builds. Great experience with Bonita the property manager. If your looking for a Luxury new townhome in Hamburg this is the place to be.

Living at The Village at Cedar Valley has been wonderful. The unit is so well kept and everything I could’ve wanted! Management is helpful and responsive, and maintenance takes care of issues right away. It’s in a peaceful location but still close to everything I need. Definitely recommend this community! A bait and switch operation. Advertises on apartments.com that internet and TV are included in rent. Verify before placing a deposit. If you are leasing new construction, internet and TV are not included in the rent.

I am a current resident here and I will not be renewing my lease and I am counting down the days until I can leave. Not one of the amenities listed actually exists so do not believe the website. I am paying nearly $3000 for a “luxury” townhouse that has the cheapest fixtures and appliances you can find. $10 Walmart shower heads. Fake plastic “granite” in the bathrooms, fake “marble” in the showers. The carpet upstairs is the same carpet tile found in call centers. There are water stains on the ceilings and I was told “oh someone must have taken a long shower” the AC does not cool the upstairs so it is 100° but never stops running. I leased it sight unseen based solely on the website and I am paying for it.
