The Village Apartments

Hi, I've lived in the apartments for over two years, and while the service at the office wasn't the best when I first moved in, now that Mrs. Tristen is there, the service is excellent. The apartments are in much better condition, and I'm very happy living there. 100% recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I can't say enough about how awesome this place is I have had some issues that were resolved promptly and even a gentleman from the corporate office came and spoke and sat in my home and we had an amazing conversation. Especially during a holidays he knows I'm father and that they were willing and are able to work with you. The staff here the maintenance everything is top-notch I cannot say enough about this place.p If you're ever looking for somewhere to live close by in Waldo this is the place to be!

Lived here for the past 3 years never had a problem getting any thing fixed, repaired, or replaced. The maintenance Technicians do a great job taking care of any issues that have come up, especially the heating and cooling Technician. He gets five stars from me.

This place has the Audacity!!!! DONT waste your time, money or energy. The lady that works in the front office is very nice, but the property manager is a clown (literally) she won’t last long none of that management does. Just find somewhere else to go

Can someone write a legit review of this place? It’s awfully odd and sketchy all the good reviews were spammed with similar reviews in the same day. I need a real review on what it’s like living here before I make the decision.
