lived here for a year, and honestly, my experience was very frustrating. Maintenance never did their job — they literally told me they wouldn’t fix anything in my apartment until I moved out. I’ve been trying to get my security deposit back since October, and it’s now almost March. They even charged me two months’ rent after I moved out, and I still haven’t received my money. Communication is terrible — I always have to call, and they rarely return calls or provide clear information. The pool was never open, and there were roaches in my apartment. I left the apartment in better condition than I received it, yet I’m still waiting on my deposit. Overall, I would not recommend living here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Please know that Block is literally polishing a turd. They try to pawn the blame on Prism who was the previous owner. Don’t listen to them. I moved in 6/23. By 7/23 I saw the first 2 mice. It was downhill from there. I literally had nothing when I moved into this place and the gaslighting happened immediately. When Block took over it got worse. Charron was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever interacted with. I literally had to beg and cry just for them to do their job. I wasn’t going to leave a review until I saw the continued gaslighting. This place is horrible. Bugs and mice everywhere. I thought leaving a review of my experience living here for 2 years could help others avoid the situation they’re going to encounter if they live here. First day there’s a gas leak. Maintenance comes in “fixes” the problem which actually made the problem worse so we called spire. Spire came and turned the gas off. Maintenance comes in again, turns the gas on, and leaves. Spires comes again. Time goes by and our ceiling is leaking. Maintenance comes in looks at it concerned, leaves and never comes back. We called wondering if it’s going to be fixed or if he’s coming back, he never did. Absolutely disgusting place. Lived there for 2 years, office closed randomly, pool never opened, huge rat and roach problem that they did nothing about and blamed on you no matter how clean your place was, maintenance breaking in to your apartment then kicked us out even though we payed everything.
