The View on Collins Apartments

My partner and I really enjoyed living here for our clinical year! The amenities are nice and the building is very secure. We lived with our two dogs, who, admittedly were adjusting to being in an apartment. We struggled with barking issues in the beginning, and the apartment was really understanding. It truly felt like a pet friendly apartment that cares about your furry family members. If there's any con to living here, it is the lack of some people picking up after their pets. Otherwise, the community is pretty great and the complex throws a lot of events to bring everyone together. We absolutely loved our place and never heard noises from other apartments. Overall, highly recommend The View on Collins!

Community has been amazing and you’ll find amazing folks at the leasing office. CJ has helped me tour the whole property, answered all my doubts and has made moving in an amazing and seamless experience. Huge shoutout to both CJ and Jamie for being so welcoming. You guys are awesome 😃

I lived here for several years while attending MSU. The property is clean, quiet, and feels brand new. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and the trash service was fairly consistent, but what truly makes this place special is the team. Once, I mentioned I was volunteering with an organization that supports women in underrepresented fields, and the staff not only offered to donate but also came to the event without hesitation. They care deeply not just about their residents but about the community as well. Josh does a wonderful job leading and creating a sense of family for both staff and residents. Compliments to Mackenzie at The View on Collins! Mackenzie went above and beyond to assist is locating a package for my daughter even after she no longer lived at the apartment complex. Mackenzie was helpful and responsive in getting the package to my daughter. I appreciated her professionalism and involvement. She is definitely an asset to this property, The View on Collins.

I have lived here two years and you can tell every year with the new residents. There is dog poop in the elevator over the weekend twice, dog poop on the common areas because tenants are lazy, somebody peed in the elevator it smelled so bad, they prop the doors open so they can get in and out because the key fobs are not working. Trash is left out on days there is no trash service. The pro's awesome maintenance staff they are on it always and clean up after themselves. I just believe if you're paying this high of rent, then there should be a better caliber of residents. Sometimes it's like living in a dorm
