The View at Wash Park

I'm in my 2nd year as a resident at The View and was here when we switched management companies. The Mission Rock team has been great! They proactively communicate to residents, there's always someone in the office, and I've noticed improvements to the property common areas and resident experience.

I really enjoyed my time at My Block! I would say my 3 favorite things about My Block were: 1) The community and size - it's not a massive building and people are friendly; I made a lot of really close friends in the building by meeting folks in the common spaces. Also, because of the smaller size, building management is easily accessible for concerns. 2) The rooftop - the pool is amazing and it gets sun all day. During Covid, this was life changing. It's also a nice perk that there's a bartender for several hours on Saturdays. 3) The gym - rarely busy and it has basically everything you could need. A couple considerations if you're moving to My Block: A) Noise from Speer - if you work 100% remotely or have delicate flower ears like mine, the noise from traffic on units on Speer can be dis

I had the most incredible experience touring The View at Wash Park! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. Dayla, the host, was absolutely phenomenal—she was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the property. She took the time to answer every question with detail and care, making the entire tour feel personalized and welcoming. The amenities were super clean and thoughtfully maintained, offering both luxury and comfort in every corner—from the modern fitness center to the serene rooftop lounge with stunning views. You can really tell that this place is managed with pride. I left feeling completely impressed and excited about the idea of calling this place home. Highly recommend taking a tour—and if you can, ask for Dayla!

Simply can’t beat the amenities ( Year-round pool ,club room,gym, internet ,parking garage ) Quiet and safe location as well!

I've lived here for close to a year now, and my experience has been very enjoyable. Having an in-house gym that's more than just a weight rack and a treadmill is a great amenity, along with the coffee machine and rooftop patio/pool. The management recently changed, but both have been helpful and prompt when dealing with issues: the new manager, Julie in particular seems very welcoming and willing to help the tenants.
