I absolutely loved working with Jessica! I expressed my needs for my family and she moved with efficiency and diligence. She was clear and concise about all the details. Her communication was top tier. I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent to assist me during this process! Definitely the best experience I’ve had getting help with a move. I appreciate her soooooo much!

The new management here is absolutely horrible. They even tried to illegally enter my apartment on 7/31/25, claiming they were “maintenance,” when in reality it was the front office staff and possibly the owner. As I was opening my door to greet them, they were already preparing to unlock it with their key—needless to say, they were startled when I opened the door. The new office staff are unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. Jessica, the new leasing agent, is the worst of them. She hung up on me when I asked questions, shows no professionalism, and has a terrible attitude. She even acts as if she runs the property, blocking access to the property manager, which is completely inappropriate for a leasing agent. I absolutely loved Sam! She was so helpful, patient & attentive. She made my whole experience worth it. I am not sure why the other leasing agent Jessica was not as welcoming but I would not want to work with her. She was rude and very passive. If you are very looking to move here make sure you work with Sam, she is a doll :)

This apartment complex's management and customer service staff go above and beyond for their residents. Specifically, Samarian was my point of contact and she actually care about maintaining the smooth operation of her community. Samarian is very patient and responsive. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly, and there is always good communication. A leasing agent this committed to providing exceptional service is uncommon; I heartily recommend them!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!Would give zero starts if possible. This complex is horrible we JUST moved here in august and plumbing has flooded our bathroom SIX times. Maintenance came and cut a hole in the wall ( that didnt fix anything) and never came back) leasing office will not answer emails and only send a clueless maintenance man when u calling yelling. There isnt even a mail box and will be told u have to “ chase the mail man” when asked how to get ur mail and the overall structure of the apartment are horrible. Why can i open my oven fully without hitting the bottom cabinets
