I’d give this zero stars if possible. Applied for an apartment, paid the admin and application fee ($210 total) didn’t get approved because this apartment uses bots to process everything and wouldn’t accept a different form of income verification. No work around whatsoever. I made $62k from one job last year and it said I was just shy of making enough. Told the leasing agent guy, he said he’d look at it and get back to me by the end of the day, didn’t hear anything. Walk back in a few days later, he looks at me like he doesn’t recognize lmao. This place is a joke and clearly doesn’t care if you lease with them or not. What’s even funnier is the admin fee is non refundable lollll. Stayed here for about 6-7 months between two different short term leases, and it was quite nice. Loved how many families lived here, apartments are clean, office is nice, etc. It's everything you want in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment.

I’m disappointed with the service we received from Lainey Rivers at The View at Polaris. Unfortunately, our experience was far from professional. We were misled into applying and waiting for about a several days for approval, only to be told at the last minute that the property couldn’t be rented to us due to a category issue. While we did receive a refund, the entire process felt unprofessional and poorly handled. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

We recently moved out from this community. It was not that great compared to what they charged as rent. Your renewal rent will be much higher than other communities... Our downstairs neighbor let their kids scream and run around/curse outside all day long. They stored kids bicycles and scooter outside. Kids left their bicycles and scooters by the stairs. Every morning we had to jump around their stuff. That dude smoked daily on his patio and the family left trash bags on the patio. We could smell it upstair whenever we opened our windows or sat on our patio. Do your due diligence !!!! P.S - Printer in the club house was in working condition for one month total out of 12 months. Office staff had excuses every time we asked.. 9/1 - Keep deleting this review and i will keep posting. Such

Lived here for 5 years. Charged me way extra just money grabbing. Oak wood management is not a company that cares about its residents. I strongly encourage you to look else where if you take anything from this review. First, maintenance was super weird and uncomfortable in multiple instances that I won’t even get into. No respect for long term renters. Just want u out so they can get the highest paying renter in. Management is non existent until you owe them money. Drunk people smash into the gate every month and break it. Filled with chase employee family’s. Kids always riding bikes in the parking lot. Money grabbing for anything they can, late fees, trash fees, the list goes on. Photo pictured*** Maintenance man takes trash bag on my patio and wraps it on my door handle, meanwhile my
