The View at Belterra

Careful looking at the five star reviews since these are from the people who just moved in. They will change their mind. A lot of places have family and staff review positively to boost ratings. I found about twenty bad views this morning online. A lot of moving trucks in and out every week and most of those are people leaving early due to noise. Staff doesn't do anything when you have an issue with loud neighbors. Absolute nightmare.

We had such an amazing Painting with a Twist event and The View at Belterra! Laura and her team were wonderful to work with and had their beautiful event center ready for us when we arrived. Thank you for allowing us to host an event with your residents. Everyone had such a great time! We look forward to the next one!

My wife and I are currently residing in "The View at Belterra". After staying almost a year, the apartment itself exceeded all expectations and it is one of the best places we have lived. It is indeed one of the best communities to live-in and I couldn't be more impressed especially with the Sky Lounge. It is impeccably clean, with modern amenities and the different events organized by the management makes this community stand out. The layout is spacious and well-designed, providing both comfort and functionality. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by Nijah, David and team. We lived here for 3 months while we were waiting for our new home to be completed (kudos to them for being one of the few to offer a short term lease). Nijah, Tisha & Laura were great to work with during the leasing process, had clear communication & were on top of things once we moved into our townhouse unit. The amenities offered in the community are nice, I miss the specialty coffee maker in the lounge & the convenience of having a package room (it was winter so I sadly never got to use the beautiful pool). I also appreciated the planned community events as well, it helped moving to a new area feel more like home. Overall it was a great experience & fantastic location for what we needed.

I absolutely love living at The View! The community is well-maintained with great amenities. The staff are amazing! Nijah and Laura made my application and move-in process seamless and enjoyable and they continue to offer impeccable service on the daily, they really are incredible! I feel safe living here, which is a huge plus. The complex is quiet, neighbors are respectful, apartments themselves are beautiful with quality features and cozy atmosphere.
