The Verandas Apartment Homes

Since we moved in in October, we've been struggling with an ant infestation. No matter how we explain it, there seems to be no urgency for getting rid of them. There have also been many maintenance problems my boyfriend and I have ran into that should have been taken care of BEFORE we moved in. I should also note the lack of deep cleaning for the apartment before we moved in. EVERYTHING is painted over, including hardware and even left behind dirt. All of my dishes and clothes smell like paint because the insides of all the closets and cabinets were covered in it to hide whatever was here before. Within less than 24 hours of moving in, we saw cockroaches. We communicated and after some pushback we finally were able to break the lease. We don’t recommend moving here, unless you don’t mind some extra roommates.

Have been living here for 20+ years now and the only thing that's changed is how they keep increasing the rent every year I might add by 200$. Only one maintenance worker for the whole apartment so good luck getting help with anything that breaks down! Renters insurance is a joke for this complex as they will use your money to their fitting and when you need your carpet replaced or even washer / dryer which has broken down they will not fix it or replace it so you'll be months and months without a working one! They will lie to you about deals as well as they have done that with me and I've been here 20+ years! Please look elsewhere as I pay 3,500 and still same management issues and only increase the rent! There are way better apartments for this price and better security as well! Your car

I absolutely love the little things this apartment complex does for the tenants!! Pumpkin decorating and carving contest with snacks and games for the kiddos!! Decorations by OLIVIA were sooo cute!!! It was a great and fun experience overall!! Olivia and Jennifer had really positive energy and made the whole experience more fun!! Very appreciative for the little parties they host for our community !! WE WON the contest too so that was a bonus!!!

The management and maintenance staff have made me feel extremely welcomed and appreciated. They have been timely with responses and resolving any issues that’s I’ve had in my time here. Management is friendly and personable. I’ve been very satisfied with moving here.
