The property is really beautiful and the team is outstanding. Been here for 5+ years. The current Veranda with staff including office and maintenance are all so amazing. This feels how a professional community should feel. They have events for us. They care about how the landscape looks. And if something in the community is out of order they actually fix it. They even salted out area for the storms.

I had a great experience at The Veranda. The facilities are well maintained, and any requests are handled quickly and professionally. I was personally assisted by Eliana, and my experience with her was excellent, she is attentive, professional, and truly cares about helping residents. I highly recommend this community

Terrible. Made a mistake moving here. Spider webs everywhere. Leaves everywhere. No one keeps the property clean. Loud music all day and night. Can’t sleep rest in your own apartment. Left several emails and voice messages to the property manager, no one replies or care. It’s a shame. The apartments are spacious but service is terrible. Can’t wait to move out. The community should vote to remove spectrum services. Too expensive, constant service interruptions, slow internet speed. We should receive credit for spectrum outages when spectrum services are out. We should be able to choose our own internet provider. I have emailed, voice messages and even talked several times but no one takes any action. Why? I have to call local police almost every night to complain about noise disturbance so
