I just recently moved in Feb 2026 and I’m blessed enough to have a livable unit after reading these reviews. The front office people are actually very kind and the only problem I’ve had is that my sliding door to the patio doesn’t close all the way but they are actively working on it and my bathroom drain constantly drips. The maintenance comes by right when I make a work order I do not have any bug problems my neighbor does blast his music but I figure he pays his bills so I don’t complain and he takes up two parking spots for his obnoxious truck, debating on making a complaint but don’t know what the office would even do. I love my apartment and I’m honestly surprised to see these reviews. Come and take a look yourself before making any assumptions

There’s homeless people shooting up/smoking fentanyl in my hallway and stairways every night. The passed out bodies make it impossible to go up or down the stairs. The office is aware but they don’t care nor will they call the police. I was told “everywhere you go is going to have homeless people you just have to deal with it” by the maintenance man when I asked him to get them out of my hallway, and he yelled at me when I told him that’s not true. Very very quick to evict people, except the ones who sleep here every night for free. And yes, that is a random loaded handgun just laying on the front yard. Unsafe and completely infested don’t live here.

When I moved in, the trash valet service they touted during the tour was eliminated without notice which has resulted in piles of garbage laying around the community consistently. The dumpsters are overflowing on a weekly basis. Ventana also recently removed Fetch package delivery service as well without notice, which allowed me to be home when packages were delivered. I am constantly bombarded with emails of buildings not having running water or heat, even if my unit is unaffected. For a series of days, residents were left without heat and water, to which the management company responded with placing porta potty’s outside the office and giving cases of bottled water as if that would be sufficient compensation for the lack of basic sanitation services. When I asked for a carport, I was

I had posted a review but it won't show up anymore for some reason. I said the water and heat are constantly being turned off in buildings for maintenance. The washers/dryers have problems, the further from the leasing office the worse the conditions are for the buildings. I had frost inside my apartment and my heat didn't work. When I moved on the stove didn't work and the heat didn't work. They replaced the stove and had a company come "fix" the heat but it still didn't work. Half the amenities have very limited access and you're still paying for them. Not worth the price you pay.

I honestly wish I could give them less of a rating than the one star because they don’t deserve that. I live here alone with my children as a single mother. When I moved in my rent was supposed to be 1845 plus a few minimal amenity fees Such as the gym, the laundry room, the swimming pool and ballet trash that has never once been picked up since I lived here in April. Every month my rent is over $2200 even though we don’t have the amenities we were promised. The laundry room in my building is completely gutted and has homeless people living in it because somehow they have the code to the door and maintenance Apparently refuses to change it. They never clean the dog waste bins so the second I open my patio door that’s all I can smell my unit luckily does not have bugs but it also doesn’t ha
