The Vault Apartments

I moved into The Vault in Feb 2025 site unseen from Dallas, TX and have been super happy with the office/management team, concierge and maintenance staff. The building is maintained very well and maintenance has responded within 24 hours to both maintenance requests I've submitted. The office has also been great at helping me into my apartment when I forgot my key fob. As anyone knows, living in an apartment can either be great or terrible depending on building upkeep and the office team and I'm sooo thankful to have had a great experience at The Vault!

Kenny took care of everything as usual. He was on time, quick and professional.

The maintenance team did an excellent job on resolving my issue. Not only did they help me get my washer machine working they replaced it almost immediately. These guys are fantastic with their response time and great with my big dog!

Staff is quite friendly, helpful and accommodating. Most of the residents are friendly as well. Only downside was that the elevator was down the entire day that I moved in so the other residents had to use the freight elevator that I had reserved specifically to move in, thereby making the move take a lot longer. Maintenance staff are excellent, professional, friendly and prompt! 5-star for these guys!
