The Vantage Naperville Apartments

Having upon moved in everything was seamless and welcoming. I have had my heat/cooling unit go out and the management was sure to take care of the same day. Along with the Armondo the Maintenance Manger fixing the thermostat so my apartment will continue to have cool/heat and while doing brings alot of good energy and fixing my key fob right away.

Gorgeous facility with modern vibe and in walking distance to grocery stores, Starbucks, and restaurants! Ayah in the leasing office was absolutely fantastic! She was thorough with the information and accommodated my early arrival to take a tour. Excellent Customer Service in the leasing office which seems to be rare these days!

Shaniqua has been great from the very first time I met her! She always answer my questions whenever I need, she always has a positive attitude and energy every time I see her. She’s such a great person overall and has such a great spirit!!!! She has superb customer service!

Mando has been amazing! He’s always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever maintenance is needed. He explains what he’s doing, fixes the issue efficiently, and makes sure everything is working properly before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping residents.
