The Vandy Apartments

I am soooo happy I stumbled across this place back in September. I was supposed to move into a bigger apartment at The Marquis at Carmel Commons. After almost 6 years there they bamboozled me and I was about to move into a very disgusting apartment. I went searching and found The Vandy. Not only did they have very affordable apartments but I found a Townhouse, they've only been here a little over two years. Absolutely beautiful!!! The Townhouse is almost 2k sq feet and very, very spacious. Brenda was very professional from start to finish. I love where I live!!! So quiet and a very clean community.

Vandy's apartments are incredible. I moved into a brand-new, comfortable apartment with a beautiful kitchen, a large bedroom with its own washer and dryer, a spacious and comfortable bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a balcony with a stunning view. The most rewarding thing for my husband and me is seeing hummingbirds come to feed at our home, along with cardinals and doves—that's what makes Vandy so special. The maintenance staff is incredibly helpful, always smiling, and they work tirelessly to keep Vandy looking its best. Thank you, Vandy! You should definitely sell the apartments; I would gladly buy one, but your concept is currently only for rentals. I highly recommend it.

Christina at the leasing office has been immensely helpful in assisting me in my search for a new residence. Her warm and welcoming demeanor had me immediately feeling right at home. I feel that she truly listens to her clients and provides honest guidance, direction and advice throughout the leasing process. If you are in the market for a new apartment-Christina is your girl!! The Vandy apartments are a clean, inviting and well kept property! Highly recommend.

As an older individual looking for a quiet, tranquil place to lay my head I could not have picked a more peaceful place than the Vandy. My lease contact, Christina, made everything seem less from the very first phone call to inquire, applying, signing the lease, availability for a second walkthrough, to getting my keys! She went above and beyond. Her professionalism and attention to detail was superb! I highly recommend checking out The Vandy and Christina for an amazing experience.

Christina has been super friendly and helpful, especially with making the move-in process as smoothly as possible for me! She's been quick to respond with any questions I've had or help that I needed! The apartments look wonderful and the whole area feels very comfortable! Looking forward to call this place home.
