The Valencia Apartments

I would like to begin by expressing my deepest appreciation to Karyna. She is truly down to earth and was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process of helping me secure my apartment. The apartments themselves are exceptionally clean, maintained, and genuinely feel like home. I couldn’t be happier—10/10 experience.

I just moved in and I love it!! It’s exactly what I was looking for! It’s affordable and it’s really nice inside, it’s a gem! Management and maintenance being on site is so helpful especially Karyna! She was so great with my move in process! Thank you 🥹

Best management team ever very quick move in process Karyna was fantastic 100 stars made it quick and easy process when we were in a stressful spot made things way better thank u Karyna from me an the kiddos

BED BUGS !!!!! BED BUGS !!!! Don't even think of moving here. Management has been complacent and has known of the BED BUG INFESTATION FOR MONTHS !! And keeps postponing the necessary treatments by putting the responsibility on the poor old, low and fixed income residents. Necessary treatments must be provided immediately, with no excuses..Mattress and box spring covers should and must be provided by this slumlord as well. its so so sad to take advantage of our seniors like this shame on Valencia apartments, the manager , and the slumlord owners .

Not the best neighborhood definitely would not recommend for families with young kids. Hopefully, things get better.
