Liz at the front was very helpful throughout the entire thing! She answered all my questions and really helped me understand every part of the process I was confused about! Super sweet! Outside of her I only rated a 4 star because of some minor things wrong with my apartment. I will update this once it’s fixed if it can be fixed of course :) The show room they had different lighting in the hallway and then the mirror was different as well. I was “advertised” a more functional mirror and mine only has an on and off light button. The lighting in the hallway being different I don’t mind but the mirror I’m a little bummed out. Everything else is just fixes to the apartment hopefully a request will be put in to fixed. Despite that everything is fine! :) Thanks to them I was able to move in q

Far from the perfect apt complex but I still think it's a hidden gem. With a few improvements it could really shine. Everything looks great within the apartment. Fortunately, I haven't had any issues with my AC and I've yet to see a bug inside. The dumpsters are usually maintained around the complex so the grounds are fairly clean. The pool area looks nice and maintained as well. The residents here have all been pretty chill. Rosa at the office is a sweet heart as well. But it is true that all but one washer machine is broken in the laundry room and the rest will just take your money without starting. The others don’t spin and leave your clothes soaked. I think the only one that works is #6 so the entire complex is sharing one machine. There are homeless people who walk around sometimes

I was a resident here for almost 2 years and it started out to be a lovely place and quickly devolved with a change of management. Maintenance requests regarding roaches entering via baseboards and rats living in the walls were met with slow bandaid responses designed to look like issues were being worked on, with no actual solves. Maintenance requests would say "solved" yet my baseboards were never properly sealed, and despite constant cleaning on my part, roaches would wander in via baseboards and under my front door. Promises of new pest control companies would be mentioned and seemingly not acted upon as no notice of spraying was offered. Throughout these years, the management and maintenance teams have been wonderful—kind, respectful, and extremely efficient. Maintenance requests are usually handled within a day or two, the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful, and amenities like the pool are well maintained.
