The Uptown at St. Johns Apartments

If you live in the year 2026 and use wifi, don't waste your time moving here. You're required to pay $75 a month for WhiteSky internet which is frequently down, and when it does work it's mediocre at best. They forced us to install it about 3 years ago after cutting the contract with At&t. You can try and complain to the front desk about a service you pay for but they'll tell you its not their problem, you'll have to reach out to the internet provider. But if you dont pay the portion of your internet on the monthly bill, best believe they're sliding paper warnings in your door regarding the internet fee a day later. Nice property and nice apartments with great amenities but when management changed , the structure left! The new property manager is clueless to basic property management knowledge, she takes her time with responding to messages or returning calls, communication and signs are put up at the very last minute, shes always “ in meetings” or not available even for serious matters . The lady Kim acts like she cares but she doesn’t. She has a nice nasty aura when you bring your concerns to her attention. The maintenance team is lazy and half way fix things. The new leasing agent seems like she’s never worked in leasing a day in her life because she is clueless and not very helpful. I am shocked that they have the property manager they have now because she’s very incompetent. The call box works wh

I love living here! New management has made some great improvements and really cares about the quality of the community and happiness of residents. In a fantastic location as well. Awesome resident events and awesome staff!

By far the worst Apartment we have ever lived in, Especially the Managements. We lived in this Apartment for almost 4 years. In between, we changed Units because of Mold, Liking in our bedrooms. They made us stay in their show room for 3 weeks and we never complained about it. Finally, someone new moved in above us and we started living like we are under a playground. We have been complaining about it for the past 8 months, but nothing happened. We had 2 months left in our lease and we offered to pay free one month rent and leave. The District Manager said we had to pay for the remainder of the 2 months. Good Luck whoever lives next in this Apartment.

Uptown apartment is the perfect place to stay walking distance near to St John’s market with all restaurant and shops. Apartment people are very supportive and staff is very friendly . Apartment is clean and facilities are good, the only problem I see is the Internet they have provided which cost 75$/month and we don’t have choice to opt out of it and it’s frequently down… and we keep struggling on that .
