I had a great experience touring these apartments! The community looked clean and well cared for. The Resident Service Coordinator (Ashley Carrera) was so kind, professional, and helpful — they really took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend stopping by for a tour!

From day one, Joann R. gave me a warm welcome and a great tour of this beautiful apartment community. She showed me the outdoor areas and explained all the amenities offered to renters. Joann R. and Ashley C. both took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Ashley C. helped me throughout the entire paperwork process, answered additional questions, and made sure everything was completed correctly. The amenities are very comfortable, clean, and well-organized. The parking and apartment areas look amazing. Thank you, Joann R. and Ashley C., for the wonderful service and outstanding professionalism! You guys make me feel I am at Home!

Highly do not recommend. My experience viewing the apartments went great. Joann does a great job. Once you move in, the experience takes a turn for the worst. I moved in and everything one could imagine went wrong. They walk the apartment the day you arrive. Once I moved into my apartment, there was A serious pest issue that only got resolved because I had to escalate my concern to the regional. My interaction with the The Property Manager was a complete disaster. To add insult to injury she had the NERVE to imply the pests were my fault. Absolutely disrespectful and her professionalism is awful. My washer machine maintenance is still pending. This community is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with our apartment and the amount of space it offers. While the move-in process had a few bumps, I truly appreciate all the support from Karen, Ashley, Joann, and Shareece—they were incredibly helpful. Maintenance seems to be a bit slow with smaller requests, but overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you—this is a safe, welcoming, and well-kept gated community. Highly recommended.
