Horrible management don’t do their jobs and don’t know what they’re doing. They show no professionalism and neither does the maintenance. They attempted to google on what to do and still didnt fix anything after seeing the damages and knowing the heat doesn’t work. It’s been reports that appliances need to be fixed and they do absolutely nothing nothing. Even if you say something they tell you to move elsewhere instead of doing their jobs.

Was a but confused this company I have been trying to get in contact with them, one of their leasing agents sent me an email in early April stating that i my income qualified for a wait list for 3-4 bedroom and at the time of a interview they will proceed with doing a credit check and background check. Today which is May 6th the company did a hard inquiry on my wife and I credit report without notifying us nor we did have a interview with a leasing agent. I need answers like now. I don't understand how a credit check and background check was established without interviewing us nor notifying us. We need answers

This company is horrible!!! Almost every if not all apartments have water leakages! They never answer the phones but will be sitting right at the front desk when you walk in! They take forever to fix any issues you are having in your apartment and will try to charge you for EVERYTHING they come and fix! The area is loud! They have these old commercial carpets, cabinets and counter tops for the past 10years or more and won’t update it but will keep raising the amount of rent! All the cabinets have left over roach bomb droppings! The list goes on!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I filled out the application, paid the application fee, did all the paperwork, was told that my place was getting the finishing touches, received a move in date, and then they stopped answering the phone. I called the corporate office and received an immediate return call from the secretary who had an attitude that I called the corporate office. Then conveniently one of the papers that I turned in couldn't be found, or was turned in late, or wasn't what they needed, or the secretary has it but she is on vacation. Excuse after excuse, after excuse. SMH!!!!! They need an entire new office staff that are trained with good customer service skills and experience because the unprofessionalism of the staff that was there when I applied is terrible.

Please go with another insurance company, I got a policy with them in March of 2017 I cancel my policy in September of 2017. They have a nerve to send me a refund check for $26.85. When I got my policy I paid $758.00 I made two payments after that. So I gave them close to $1500 and for 200 day of having a policy.
