Simon and Laurie in management, along with Cortland and Lisa on the leasing team, are absolutely exceptional. They are not only professional and knowledgeable, but genuinely invested in the residents and the community. It’s rare to find a team this responsive, organized, and proactive. Every question is answered quickly, every concern is handled with care, and they consistently follow through on what they promise. From the very first tour to move-in day, the entire team went above and beyond to make everything seamless, welcoming, and genuinely exciting — for both us and our pets. Simon, the property manager, made every single step feel effortless and stress-free. You can truly tell he cares deeply about the residents, the property, and creating a community where people feel at home. That level of leadership shows in every detail. The Union is an INCREDIBLE apt complex with upscale touches and awesome amenities in a popular part of the Fort Worth Stockyards. The standout space is the outdoor common area with a resort type pool, a full kitchen and grills, fire pits for s'more roasting, plenty of yard games, including pickle ball and individual cabanas with tvs to watch the big game every direction you look.The gym is spacious and has everything you could need to get in a productive workout. There are many extra work and book reading spaces around the complex including a soon-to-be cocktail bar on the top floor overlooking downtown. You can tell that The Union is very well cared for and is ran by people who truly want to make your living experience feel like home.

I have lived in several apartment communities across South Carolina and Georgia, and I can honestly say nothing compares to this place. The hospitality here is on a completely different level. Simon and the entire team truly care about the residents and it shows in everything they do. The property is consistently clean and well maintained. Everyone is so nice. You can tell they take pride in keeping the community spotless. The daily upkeep, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere make it feel less like an apartment complex and more like home. I visit this apartment complex often and am always impressed! The amenities are amazing, everything is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and activities while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. The entire property is very well kept, and you can tell the management team takes pride in maintaining the community. The staff is truly wonderful, friendly, professional, and always helpful.
