This review about Triwest Group is long overdue. JR and Jackie have been our property managers for the past 6 years and there is not a single time that they failed us. They are very fast and efficient in communicating and coordinating from house repairs, home improvements and any minute details that concerns tenants safety and comfort. Triwest Group also excel in selecting good tenants. So far, no tenant has a delayed or missed payment. I admire them for their hard work and professionalism. Jackie and JR were both very helpful when working on my apartment, any repairs I asked for were resolved in a timely manner (1-2 weeks). I never had a problem submitting rent like some of my prior landlords. They would actively reach-out to me to see if my apartment needed any repairs. All work that was done on the apartment for the repairs was done by great contractors that didn't cause any hassle for me, and caused no unwanted payments towards me. I have been renting a house in Mira Mesa with Jackie and JR out at Triwest Group and it's been a great experience. When we first moved in our fence needed repairs and it was completed professionally and right away. We have had several times where they were able to negotiate a fair rent when our lease was renewed. Recently my oven stopped working and needed to be replaced, I got a new oven right away and it was even the one I asked for! I will certainly call Jackie and JR at the Triwest Group for my next rental home.

I have a townhouse at 6840 Quebec Court Unit 1 and my property manager and realtor has been Jackie and JR from the Triwest Group for 8 years. I appreciate their management and their professionalism while dealing with any problems regarding the townhouse. In July 2019, I had a water damage claim and they helped me throughout the remediation process. Considering the fact that I live outside of the country, the coordination they had with me and the tenants during the remediation process was superb; they were able to supervise the company's work on my behalf until the water damage was fixed and all tenant issues were resolved.
