The Trinity Apartments

I moved into the community before construction on the west side of the building was complete, while the east side was almost fully leased. Initially, my experience was promising, but now that the building is nearly at full occupancy, the quality of living has noticeably declined. I currently live in a 4th-floor unit facing the pool, and it's become increasingly difficult to sleep on several nights due to excessive noise past 10 PM — despite the posted pool hours and the fact that a staff member lives on-site. I've also witnessed residents openly smoking marijuana near the pool, even though it's clearly marked as a smoke-free area. Unfortunately, staff have not taken meaningful action to enforce these rules. As a resident, I don’t believe it should fall on us to confront others about these

This review is based on the great customer service that Jordan provided when I visited over the weekend. From start to finish he always had a smile on his face (I think he has a permanent smile lol) which felt really welcoming and genuine. He took his time to show me a few different units that would meet my needs, and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. He has a very positive energy to him. Not only that, he was the only leasing agent (out of 8 that I toured over the weekend) that called and followed up instaed of letting an automated email or AI follow up. This new update with the apartments stating now each tenant has to have their guest pay to park is beyond crazy! This is not a hotel. Due to them not planning ahead to a full occupancy building, they now have to fix a parking issue by passing on a cost to our guest. I have never heard of this before and I want to know why are they profiting off an issue that is created by them??? I agree it’s an issue to be addressed but to add a cost to an already expensive apartments is predatory. This is simply a design flaw. originally was ok with these apartments. Not just thrilled but I was content with what it was here. My biggest issues was the noise with the neighbors.
