The Trilogy at Hyde Park

Excellent team, very attentive, great service, and always on top of everything. The Hyde Park trilogy is very nice, comfortable to rent, and in good condition. Warm and peaceful people; a relaxing place to live.If you're looking to rent an apartment, this is the perfect place.

Gave a call interested in touring the facility. Learned that they use a third party in Arkansas that manages leasing and there wasn’t anyone to tour. Came to look over the reviews and I’m glad I did. Doesn’t seam like I’d want to lease here.

My first inquiring about an apartment here the property manager did not friendly in addition, I was having trouble with the application to apply. THE phone Rep was rude and I emailed the office several times and no Response Back. THE APARTMENT IS NICE THOUGH

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! they don’t care about tenants, there’s no follow up, Rodents are heavy in presence, they don’t want to spend the money to have adequate staff, (maintenance, leasing) multiple things in unit don’t work or just super outdated. Doesn’t carefully evaluate potential tenants.

I have lived in the building since July 2023. I have had only great experiences so far. Granted, the building is older, but the new management has been super responsive and efficient in solving any issues I have had as a tenet. This also goes for the maintenance staff as well. Katie, the property manager, has been nothing but incredibly kind and helpful during my time here. I would recommend living here to anyone interested in moving to the Hyde park area!
