I’LL GIVE YOU A THOUSAND REASONS NOT TO LIVE HERE 1. DEFECTIVE AIR AND HEATING In the summer you’ll overheat, in the winter you’ll freeze. The AC units don’t work and the apartments are unbearably hot. Management pretends to “check” them but never fixes anything. During the year I lived here, I saw many neighbors break their lease because of this. 2. COCKROACH INFESTATION The place is infested. You’ll find cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom, and even coming in through the windows. The problem is constant and never resolved. 3. CONFLICTIVE NEIGHBORS Neighbors bang on the floor, yell and insult you at your door. The environment feels hostile and unsafe. 4. TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE Nothing ever gets fixed. I requested an emergency maintenance two weeks ago on 07/12/23 and nobody showed up yet. After a week, I went to leasing office and talked with the manger and he said he will send maintenance immediately and that too never happened. As you can see from the picture water is leaking from the celling for the last two weeks creating mold and bad smell. The management does not care about the residents and the property at all. Please make sure to check google review before you move to this horrible complex.

When I first moved to this complex in 2019, I loved it. The apartment manager at the time (Tony) was awesome. He made sure the complex was clean and he made sure that maintenance responded to issues in a timely manner. Over the last year or so, these apartments have truly taken a turn for the worse. My AC was not working for a month this past summer. They finally gave me a portable ac unit 2 weeks in. My son and I had to move our mattress in the living just so we could sleep comfortably. We have not been able to take a bath in my unit because every time we do, it leaks into the apartment below me. As a result of this issue not being resolved, the leaks happen when we are in the shower now. My ceiling fan in the bedroom has not worked for about 4 months now. David and maintenance has stated

Roaches. Building 2 is infested, I don’t know about the others. I CANNOT stress this enough; it is horrifically and disgustingly infested. They are in the walls and you will NEVER be able to get rid of them by yourself. “Pest control” will come and put in glue traps and that’s it. Unfortunately, building 2 just straight up does not meet habitability requirements under Texas law. We had requested a tour before move in and were given the run around. I understand now why we only go to see it upon move in (roaches). Additionally, in summer ‘22, we were without AC for around two months with our internal apartment heating up to over 85 degrees.
