The Trails of Redmond Apartments

Entryway / Front Door Paying over $3,000 a month for this place and the very first thing we see is a front door that looks like it’s been through a break‑in. The doorjamb and lock were so damaged you could literally see through the gap, and the door was sitting slightly open. The outside of the door was scuffed, chipped, and the paint was already deteriorating. An absolute joke of a “move‑in ready” entrance. Whole‑Apartment Conditions Walking inside was somehow worse. The entire apartment reeked of mold and mildew, like the previous tenants never left. We had to open every window and door just to breathe. Every single room had broken, snapped, or missing window screens. The main bedroom screen looked like someone had taken a knife to it, and the bathroom screen had an actual chunk missing

********EDIT: since posting we have been contacted by the trails and will be getting back the money spent during our stay, which we believe to be fair and reasonable. We also genuinely love our current apartment we were moved to and it fully on day one met the standards of move-in ready, therefore I’m adding another star for this review******** On 6/3 we paid $396 application and holding fee for move in date Friday July 18. On 7/8 we paid move in costs fully of $1899.22 and paid $480 for 2.5 hours of moving for movers. Upon entry to our apartment we noted many issues that I will begin to list now. Lived here for almost three years and it is a wonderful neighborhood. Great for walking my dogs. Staff is super professional but busy; communication can be spotty but they always get the job done professionally and efficiently. At a new complex due to some life changes and it is safe to say I will miss the trails of Redmond!! (except those damn speed bumps lol)

Whether it’s answering minor questions quickly and thoroughly or stepping in to help with a timely repair in our unit, he consistently goes above and beyond. Britt is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s rare to find someone who works as hard as he does while still being kind, approachable, and solution-oriented. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and in the community he manages. Having someone like Britt makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. Work orders have really been handled more quickly than ever before. Michael works very hard and is a dedicated maintenance tech, He has great customer service and problem solved that washer and dryer very quickly. Now we can get back to our daily life without inconvenience of the laundry mat.
