I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here has been extremely disappointing. This has been one of the most frustrating living situations I’ve had in the city. Management is very difficult to reach. Phone calls go unanswered, and emails often receive no response, even when the issue is serious. It feels nearly impossible to get timely communication or resolution to concerns. There are ongoing issues that make living here uncomfortable. Pest control services are not proactively provided, despite clear need. Parking is very limited, which creates daily stress for residents. The trash areas are frequently overflowing, with garbage sometimes spilling into the roadway, which is both unsanitary and unattractive. The Only Thing They Renovate Here Is the Rent. Living here has been nothing short of a cautionary tale in what happens when greed and incompetence run a property. What was once tolerable has devolved into a daily reminder that management is either utterly negligent or simply doesn’t care. Water shutoffs with zero notice? Routine. Amenities promised before move-in? Pure fiction — the gym and basketball courts are still in shambles, years later. The laundry room smells like a public restroom thanks to the free-for-all access, and yes, it’s common to encounter homeless people camped by the pool, human waste on the grounds, and used condoms scattered like decorations. This is a very nice place, great area, and clean environment. Something must have changed with management recently because none of the negative reviews seem to add up, my place is nice! I think people in the reviews are just being ungrateful!

The new property manager Adriana has been very nice, helpful, and responsive. She is resourceful and clearly committed to making meaningful improvements. The positive changes she has worked hard to implement are noticeable and have already made a difference within the community.
