The Trails at Paradise Valley

My service dog was treated unfairly, and they tried to charge me an unwarranted fee. The employees gave me false solutions verbally, didn't take notes, and I was accused of lying because there was no documentation. The manager was hostile, refused to document what happened, and wouldn't resolve the situation professionally, even though he claimed to have 11 years of experience. He was very aggressive, insisted on his point of view, and wouldn't let me explain my service dog's rights. If you ever live there, please document everything you discuss with management; otherwise, you'll be called a liar. At the point i have to escalate to corporative, and i still waiting response. They charge unnecessary fees, the parking is a disaster, and they have no control over it.

Their pet policy is absolutely ridiculous. Very loud place, parking is a nightmare. Rent is insane for what you get, the amenities aren’t good. Do not live here. They have hidden fees in their rent that they do not disclose. Do not sign the lease!

It's a beautiful new place but only for the ambulatory. I'm on ground floor being somewhat handicapped. Apt not acceptable for handicap throughout, just the bathroom, sort of.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Definitely knows his stuff and am very happy to be a new resident here. The property is beautiful and the apartments are well built. Definitely recommend living here.
