The Trails at King Farm Apartments

Me and my SO had a tour scheduled for 11/11/25 at 4:00pm. Ten minutes before our scheduled tour, we receive an email saying it was canceled. Nobody appeared to be in the leasing office either and our phone calls went straight to automation. Leasing office should be open as it says on the door that business hours are 9am-6pm. We were well within business hours. I understand it’s Veterans Day, but the website allowed us to make an appointment and we should’ve been notified way sooner than 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment that the leasing office was not going to be open nor doing tours. This was a waste of time and quite unprofessional of management here. Please block off certain days if tours are not being given instead of wasting potential leaser’s time. Very disappointed. Do bet

The management firm WALKs into our apartment with NO warning and we CAUGHT them two days in a row doing this. Unexceptable and rude and again, mangagement DOES not do anything about it. DO NOT LIVE HERE they give keys to random workers. Updated 9/26/23. Aloma Jackson needs to go, she repeatedly has had shouting battles with residents in the lobby, and she cannot keep her cool. She must go, and she has been reported to the proper housing authorities/management firms. (winn, AWE, Marquis, MOCO) Fire alarms either do not work, or turn on at random times. the sprinkler and alarm control panel is powered off for no reason other than that they are saving money. Paulo Santos and Norma Santos had a great tour at The Trails at King Farm! They really enjoyed touring the apartment at King Farm. The place is beautiful, bright, and well maintained. The layout felt spacious and cozy, and the location is super convenient. Muhamed was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience!
