The Trails at Canyon Crest Apartments

My wife and I have been calling this beautiful apartment our home since May 2024. Our experience has been nothing short of fantastic right from the time we walked in for our apartment tour to-date. Elisa and Diana at the management office do a great job. They put together a get-together kind a event once every few months with gifts to be won. The office has two work rooms (although I would only use this as a backup), free Internet, a pool table and also a machine for quick print outs. The maintenance team here are the most personable and friendly group. In my time here, I'd have placed double digit work orders and they have all been fixed promptly and with a smile. Kudos to this team. There's ample reserved parking for residents. I don't use one uncovered parking spot but have never see

This is a very disappointing leasing office! Their management is a complete mess. I booked a room tour for 11:45 AM, but around 11:00 PM I received a text message from the apartment management saying that unfortunately, the earliest room tour today is at 1:30 PM. I don't understand why this is the case. If that's the case, what's the point of booking a room? It's clear that if I stay in this apartment later, I'll have more unexpected troubles.

I moved in back in December and was assigned a garage that’s about 10 minutes away from my apartment. At the time, I was assured by Diana that I would be given a closer garage soon. Unfortunately, no one has followed up with me, and despite sending multiple emails, I am still stuck with the same garage far from my unit. This has been very inconvenient and disappointing. I would really appreciate management addressing this issue and following through on their original commitment.

Doesn’t feel safe here, mailbox’s repeatedly broken into, packages stolen from front doors, garbage bins gone thru for important information.. gates left open. Keep wondering now when apartments will be broken into..

I lived in this community for a year and absolutely loved it! It’s quiet, very comfortable, and clean. The staff is friendly, and the community feels luxurious with all the amenities. Totally worth it!
